DGI provides students with rigorous, individualized experiences that cultivate global leadership and promote understanding and responsibility in the world community.

Trips during 2007–2008 include the Beijing Language Immersion program, the Paris French Exchange program, the Netherlands Den Haag program, and the Spain Choral Performing trip.
